The best job i have ever had. A responsible value driven company that provides an exciting and challenging work environment with high focus on good wok life.

Cons

You will always compare future jobs to LEGO. However I found some very ambitious career minded people found the "One Big Family" culture a bit to restraining. People stick around for a long time, so you have think long term if you want to climb the career latter.

Pros

Love to travel to various set store schedule every week; engage with store management & associates, as well as customers in helping every entity. Lego remembers its seasonals every Christmas!

Cons

Lego has started to use third party, retail companies, to hire seasonals, I hope this trend comes to an end, as it has removed hours from some of its seasonals & actually brings questions to employees…
