      Great company to work for! Care about their employees. I work in the retail side so it has its' up and downs.

      Better pay for supervisors would be nice.

      Pros

      I worked at the Lego Store in Rockefeller Center. The store employees & management are awesome and some of the best people I've ever worked with. Plus you get to play with Legos all day! A lot of cool customers from all over the world, too.

      Cons

      Nothing bad about the store itself except that it is in Rockefeller Center and there are a ton of tourists. It makes the store crowded, which makes customers frustrated, and at times it can be difficult to communicate with the customers because of any language barriers.
