      Positive and motivating environment with focus on personal development. Strong long term company strategy and values that benefit society.

      Cons

      Due to rapid growth company faces capacity issues hence unable to fully satisfy consumer demand. Perhaps too democratic as it feels like all the decisions have to be aligned with everyone.

      the company has a good name and reputation also doing business with movies now

      2 year contract mileage was not paid 300 miles Radius. was told one thing and got another let merchandising team go with no notice and more lay offs on way

      Pros

      Family oriented company that really takes care of their employees. quarterly bonuses and a yearly one too. flexible hours. FUN atmosphere. Try out product, take it home to build, great discount. DM and RM come for quarterly visits, so everyone just keeps abreast with everyone and everything.

      Cons

      It's a considered a HIGH END childrens store. So even though LEGO has high standards on customer service and store presentation, it's difficult to upkeep when kids are wrecking the store and peeing everywhere.
