      Very passionate about the employees; Made a real effort to improve company environment.

      Cons

      Unfortunately our stint with becoming part of the LEGO Group was cut short. The decision was rather sudden and dissatisfying.

      On your feet all day and sometimes the people are rude. Not too much room for growth or pay raises.
