      good benefit package,medical, life insurance ,vacation, and competive pay good location good work conditions, team enviroerment has alote of activities.

      Cons

      Very high performance, numbers driven , not eveyone treated same way but they do try to for the most part not a 40 hour week requires more.

      -Great products and easy to sell. -Growing company -Loyal customers -LEGO has a great set of core values

      Cons

      -LEGO US management is a very closed circle, they are like a good ol' boys club. -Female leadership is non existent. -Payroll % is among this worst in the retail industry. -Metric goals for most stores are unrealistic. -LEGO HR does not follow policies consistently.
