Pros
Love having the inside look at new sets and the employee discount alone is worth it. Got to work with a lot of great people.
Cons
Corporate got pretty involved on low level concerns that should have been handled at a district level or even by the manager. Sometimes they don't know how little decisions make a big impact on the retail level and not always for the best. I worked on the retail level and there wasn't a whole lot of room for growth.
