Pros

Have had some of the best experiences of my life while working for this company. It's easy to sell a brand that you can trust the integrity of. Fringe benefits can be pretty great (Christmas presents, events, etc.)

Cons

Working part-time as a LEGO Brand Retail employee is tricky, which mostly stems from the fact that the pay does not match the level of excellence that is expected of you.

Pros

Discounts & great co-workers. The kids that call in are great. Talking to a child that's excited about your product is fun!

Cons

Let you think you're going to have a great shot at being perm after the holidays when out of the 120 temps they MAY take one. They also tell you that you'll have to work one weekend day every other week when it's every week. I was up front and honest with them, and it would have been nice to get the same in return! They also only allow approx 3 unpaid sick/pers days per year total unless you've been there several years & there's no wiggle room even for hospitalizations. Feels more like jail than work while you're there. It's made even worse when there are favorites.
