Pros

Friendly and supporting community. Good cooperation possibilities between colleauges.

Cons

Can learn a lot, but mainly thrown into deep water. Foggy management decisions, and let more influence to the customer than should be. Definitely do not have ability to treat and tell them the truth. This operation method resulted in lot more pressure on employees leading to burning out and leaving the company. There is no processes centrally generated chaos and unnecessary stress.
