Pros

Finally replaced the CEO and a few bad managers. In-coming CEO favorable.Has a lot of work to do.

Cons

Cut insurance benefits. Higher cost, higher deductibles, higher co-pays, Less medical and pharmacy coverage. Very process oriented, stifles creativity. You can move up the ladder only if you speak German.

Pros

Pay is good. But they ask you to work more then 50 hours a week. They have fun people to work with.

Cons

No training provided. On the job learn as you go. You have little in terms of expectations which makes it difficult to actually do the job.

Cons

Limited opportunities in the field of oil and gas, comparatively low compensation than other organisations with not so satisfactory salary structure
