Pros

Competitive salary, get good discounts through vendors.

Cons

Benefits, employee attitude, lack of leadership and directions from senior management. Quite possibly the worst place I have ever worked at. If you know someone high enough you will get promoted and rewarded for no apparent reasons.

Pros

It’s a job until something better comes along

Cons

Some great people are still left but management from Germany is very unorganized and messes thing up more than helping when getting involved. Really bad MIS system and SAP implementation from a few years ago still hasn’t been improved. Individual pay raises are bad and many good people leave for better pay after getting years of low raises
