      Pros

      A lot of great employees with very positive attitudes, and dedicated work ethics, towards their jobs made it a pleasure to be part of the team.

      Cons

      Upper management as a whole lacks personality, a lot of instruction on safety and work practices corporately mandated, without ensuring proper followup, time management and resource to make sure the instructions are carried out properly.

      Poor management especially at the VP level in the Midwest . Don’t listen, Don’t communicate. all they care about is making themselves look good no matter who they have to step on. They think they know it all and have no reality to what the real problems are. Exceptional employees let go over the years yet this level remains intact. Destroying a one proud company
