Dear colleague, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback on your work at thyssenkrupp. We are pleased that you were able to network and meet great people during your time at thyssenkrupp. We are not happy that you had to experience discriminatory or preferential behavior. This cannot be reconciled with our Code of Conduct and our Compliance Guidelines. You can report such conduct at any time on our website under "Company" - "Compliance" - "Report incident". We wish you all the best for your professional and private future.

Pros

Overall a good company to work for. Pay and training opportunities were good. Such a large company which in some ways is not so good but there is always someone to go. I worked in London and head office is in Germany. My German colleagues were so happy to help/assist where I needed and so keen to impart their knowledge on the TK processes etc. either by phone or inviting you to travel to Germany to meet with them personally. Would recommend them as an employer.

Cons

Some tricky company politics but this may have been down to the Senior Managers I was working with.

Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate thyssenkrupp as an employer. We are pleased that you have so many positive things to report. Of course, we would also like to discuss your cons. Unfortunately, a company the size of thyssenkrupp cannot guarantee that everyone stands together in every situation. With our #newtk we are focusing on the issue of Performance First and hope to be able to improve such circumstances as well. We wish you all the best for your professional and private future!

Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at thyssenkrupp with others and with us. We are pleased that the benefits we offer are to your liking. These benefits are available to all employees as far as possible, not just full-time employees. In some cases, a degree is a requirement for promotion to a higher career level. Often, however, we also assign positions to lateral entrants who show us through their commitment and willingness to work that they deserve it. If you feel that you are at a disadvantage in terms of career opportunities, please speak to your supervisor or contact your Human Resources department. We wish you all the best for your future career at thyssenkrupp.
