      Pros

      Areas of work are core to nation building. Has great potential/portfolio for business. Technology support from Germany is great. Industry experts to learn from.

      Cons

      Middle level management is not good. Some job profiles have very monotonous work choose wisely. Increment is very poor. After long term (3yr) service, employees will lag behind their peers in terms of CTC. Not good starting company for freshers. Frequent changes in top management are affecting company growth strategy.
