Pros

I wish there was a pro to this.

Cons

The company is only interested in money and there is no loyalty. I worked there for Eighten years and closed one of there best divisions over money. If you are looking for advancement just say yes.

Great company, but poor growth

Pros

Decent pay, flexible hours, good life/work balance, good co-workers

Cons

Based on what branch and location you are employed at, long-term growth may be scarce depending on the size of your particular branch. Growth often requires moving to another city and/or state, unless your warehouse consistently grows.

Pros

This is a good resume builder and the job brings on unique challenges that I have to solve on a daily basis.

Cons

There are gray areas that I have to get into frequently to complete tasks, all while getting paid below my value and not getting much appreciation from management.
