Used to have good benefits (Cafeteria) More relaxed than usual for Corporate company

Cons

No communication/transparency Managers have no idea what they are doing No processes at all Useless HR It's not an international company at all Low salaries They keep bad managers even if the whole team hates them Full of fresh graduates, because they can't keep the more experienced ones Nobody knows what a career is

Stressful, minimal management support, hard time trying to find someone who can assist you. Not a lot of training.
