Pros

A strong brand (in Central Europe, at least). Reasonable compensation. Pleasant work environment in the headquarter. Working towards greater diversity and encouraging job-swapping. Decentralised approach allows for greater flexibility and agility

Cons

Still suffers from silo-thinking as business area and department heads compete to promote themselves rather than putting the customer first. Still too much focus on investors. 'Germany first' mentality among leadership Decentralised approach allows too much optionalism, inconsistency and inefficiency
