Pros

Great work and personal life balance. Overall base salary is good. Keep your head down and don't go against the grain even if you know it is the right thing to do.

Cons

Have to keep asking manager to pay your commissions. Management was questionable.

Pros

Can not say any pros. Maybe the colleagues who give their best to push the company forward.

Cons

The management/HR doesn't care how many man a leader lost. This man can continue his work without any problem. No matter if he is the worst leader I have ever worked with. The IT is the god in TKP. (this tells everything I think) The working environment is not the best. (comparing to other companies) Same for the tools they use. There is no work - life balance.
