Thank you for sharing your experience at thyssenkrupp. We are pleased that you can give us so much positive feedback. As you rightly pointed out, thyssenkrupp is a very diversified company. It is therefore not always easy to implement solutions such as a flat hierarchy. We are trying to eliminate old thinking patterns with #newtk and hopefully this will make us more attractive again.
