The overall environment was alright most people were friendly and easy to get along with. Morale incentives were based on food so that was good i guess.

Cons

Place seemed pretty divided at times and people were always coming and going to better opportunities mostly at boeing.

Good pay and vacation. Good employee activities. Good Human Resource Manager. Good bonuses. Can't think of much else to meet the 20 word minimum for 'Pros'. Always open positions due to high turnover

Cons

Management lacks the leadership abilities to understand their employees. No recognition for people who do a good job. Do more with less resources is the philosophy. No mentoring, proper training...it's a here ya go hope you survive atmosphere. Set you up for failure type of place. Very high turnover for supporting departments.
