      Good vacation time and overall benefits.

      Cons

      The salaries are so-so. Too many politics. Weird organization and structure. Lately you are just a number for them, no appreciation and understanding for the lowest level employs. The company is demanding but not giving.

      OK if you just want to work 9-5, without a career progression plan in mind.

      1) Another company who falls into a web of only talking about strategies, numbers and benchmarks. The talks about human interactions are forced and sound fabricated. 2) Want to grow professionally? Go somewhere else!
