Cons
10 cent to 15 cent raises every year lol poor management, i knew more than the supervisor knew, expected too much for little pay. plus if u had a complaint filed against you they automatically went with their word and investigating what really happend. hostile work environment, and superiors talked down on you or rudely over radios.
