Pros

Benefits 401k Fast paced Chances for advancement Professional environment Great coworkers

Cons

They run lean on staff, so workloads are usually pretty full. Much of the learning will be on the job. Change is a constant, which can be both a pro and a con.

Pros

Very good working environment Good benefits but there could definitely be more A good company to work over all, its name is a huge boost to anyone's resume

Cons

Not many opportunities for personal development if you are not an engineer or senior management Not very good locations/commute Low paid for staff not being senior management or engineers, which leads to a never ending circle, ergo the name of the topic with people moving away after spending some time with the company as they are looking more project experience
