      Helps you come forward and take up responsibilities. Parent Company has Great Brand Value Opportunity to learn if one pushes and pokes nose masters you in the skill of multitasking thanks to the work load in projects. Some amazing industry veterans ( Some)

      Has possibly the worst HR Department in the Country . Half Wits with no skill set or industrial professionalism have populated the HR Dept. Your grievances fall to deaf ears and the HR has singly destroyed the reputation of this German Brand in India. People with just personal benefits have deep roots in every dept ; no new ideas are welcome Regionalism in certain departments CTC below to average with Industry Inverted Pyramid of Management not advised for a Project Oriented Heavy Engineering Company . You go up the ladder if you are from a certain place or have deep roots in the super seniors to support you.
