Pros

Fantastic products that have very competitive advantages. Was able to gain access to almost any client because of the brand recognition and that made making sales much easier.

Cons

Very big and bureaucratic. Was not able to be promoted because politics at headquarters. Centralisation of sales teams in Germany made it difficult to have quick response time to clients in Asia.

Thyssen Krupp has a Great benefit package. They kick on first day of work. Except your 401k
