Pros

Pleasant working environment, somehow "old-school" atmosphere, loyal employees who work there long-term, lots of people who love what they do and do it well.

Cons

The company is undergoing structural changes, and there is still a lot to be desired before it becomes a global modern multi-national, at least in the oil&gas sector, where I had been working. The work itself was fullfilling and the cooperation good, but there was a constant uncertainty about the prospects and some not so pleasant last minute decision-changing.

Pros

they took care of their equipment and took care of their employees benefit at that time were great but this could have changed with the currant economy

Cons

company needs to like at promoting more from within like looking at driver who go beyond job parameters and give more to those that go the extra mile drivers that have been laid off due to economical reasons that would like to come back should be looked at if they are eligible for rehire
