      This is a data chop shop. It has hierarchical top down management that treats people like metal

      Monotonus work... performance appraisal policy not so well... for freshers company may not confirm you for 2 3 years

      Good overall first job. Fair benefits. Profit sharing plus 10% monthly bonus and overtime all add to the base salary.

      Cons

      Training can be very vague. From what I hear raises are not that generous and not that often. Not too many cons so far
