Pros

Solid company, good benefits, often pro active in training.

Cons

No advancement in some locations. The operations are so lean if someone takes a day off or someone calls in sick, it can lead to immense stress in trying to get things done. Tendency to underpay key employees

Pros

Overall team driven, great focus on total development of all team members from bottom up. Great work/life balance. True care for from the Leadership.

Cons

Though focused on training and development, not a lot of growth opportunities within the company, therefore, the efforts are exhausted to create talent for other companies.
