      I would recommend freshers to start their career with this company. You will get decent salary and training. You will get transport facility from main area also. On time promotions and increment.

      Cons

      For bargainers it is difficult to cope up with work pressures, HR department is very unorganized because of that you may face many problems in your daily life.
