Absolutely no structure or direction

Pros

Salary is competitive. Lots of good people that are not management.

Cons

Lack of structure. A lot of discrimination against the American workforce, by that the German colleagues are given management opportunities, more vacation, and better salaries. The CEO and VPs are "absentee landlords". No accountability anywhere.

Not All that great

Pros

If you did not get any other good job, this is a place to work. Most of the bosses are good.

Cons

One of the main cons of the company is that they are heavily conservative with little or no acceptance for new ideas. You always work more than what they end up paying you. Service bonds are the only HR Policy.
