      Can`t think of anything positive

      Cons

      Boss only cares about getting his envelope of cash from the scrap he sells. No shortage of idiots and morons at this location. Poor supervision. People are getting hurt. No accountability from management or sales staff.

      Pros

      Pleasant working environment, somehow "old-school" atmosphere, loyal employees who work there long-term, lots of people who love what they do and do it well.

      Cons

      The company is undergoing structural changes, and there is still a lot to be desired before it becomes a global modern multi-national, at least in the oil&gas sector, where I had been working. The work itself was fullfilling and the cooperation good, but there was a constant uncertainty about the prospects and some not so pleasant last minute decision-changing.
