major company in Germany with good benefits and acceptable working time. Holidays and extra benefits are above average.

Cons

no career advancement due to big number of senior managers that wont retire in the near future. no career strategy for young professionals and professionals

Professional environment, good culture, learning opportunity, professional ethics, freedom to perform, nature of work, interesting technologies, recognition of performance, good office cuture with administrative support

Cons

Generation gap between top level and senior management. Polices are made at the top with out much delebration down the line. Decision making mostly happens at the top.
