Typical Toxic Corporate Life

Pros

The pay is good for right out of college but you will starve the first 6 months if you’re in a town with a high cost of living

Cons

Unprepared management, crawling with “the good ole boys”, sexist standards, double standards for favorites, constantly changing sales goals and expectations, you are expected to sell a product or service that you have no way of delivering, understaffed over worked. Work life balance is a joke, no diversity, If you aren’t a favorite white man you will not stand a chance at any promotion
