Pros

Compensation in average at best.

Cons

Poor Communication at every level Lack of direction at every level Countless layers of management that are worthless Little or no ability to plan ahead...very reactive. Nothing is proactive. Weak support to the customer has resulted in little or no new business Total lack of integrity and personal responsibility at every level. "Its not my fault" should be the company motto. Every one blames everything on some other person or department. No promotion from within unless you are from Germany. Any US citizen that works for this company is retired in place. Total bias to European culture. Overall refusal of the company to try and understand US customers and US business in the Automotive division.
