      Most corporate buyers, plant managers are quick to respond and resolve issues. Co workers are willing to help as needed.

      Cons

      Too many managers in place. low base pay despite sales performance. Get your money up front. Raises are few and far between. Little flexibility.

      Good working environment, people are friendly

      Cons

      Lower than average wages, no POT/sick time (2 weeks of vacation that is it), people are nice but won't go out of there way to help you.

      They have no organization you can work I full day without getting paid and the managers lie and say you wasn't there juz so they don't have to pay you
