We just reported our Q4 and full-year 2022 financial results! đ đ For ASML, 2022 was another strong year ending with total net sales for the year of âŹ21.2 billion, gross margin of 50.5% and a record backlog at the end of 2022 of âŹ40.4 billion. đ We continue to see uncertainty in the market caused by inflation, rising interest rates, risk of recession and geopolitical developments related to export controls. đ However, our customers indicate that they expect the market to rebound in the second half of the year. đ For 2023, ASML expects continued strong growth with a net sales increase of more than 25% and a slight improvement in gross margin, relative to 2022. Am 30. September haben wir unsere End of Summer Party im Spindler & Klatt in Berlin gefeiert. đ Mehr als 800 Berliner ASML Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter haben gemeinsam gefeiert, bei guter Musik bis Mitternacht getanzt und sich das leckere Essen schmecken lassen. Die Party war groĂartig!
Not everyone at ASML thinks the same way, and weâre proud of it. Am Montag den 05.09.2022 haben Vertreter des Board of Management aus Veldhoven und Berlin unser neues Gebäude in Berlin NeukÜlln offiziell erÜffnet. Die neuen, modernen Bßros bieten Platz fßr rund 360 Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Sie sind nach dem Vorbild von ASML in Veldhoven im einheitlichen Activity Based Working (ABW) Design gestaltet und bieten so fßr jede Anforderung die am besten geeignete Arbeitsumgebung. Wir freuen uns ßber die neuen Räume und darauf, darin gemeinsam zu arbeiten und kreativ zu werden.
Weâre extremely proud of everyone who joined us in this year's Summer of Pride! From events in San Diego to 'Pink Monday' in Tilburg, the Netherlands, we united across countries to celebrate diversity and inclusion in the world of tech. To top off a wonderful Amsterdam Pride Week, we marched along in the Pride Walk and danced on our boat at the famous Amsterdam Canal Parade last week.
