Interview
The recruiter informed me that the hiring manager had requested an in-person interview. When I got to the interview, the hiring manager was questioning why we didn't conduct the interview remotely on Teams. Additionally, I discovered that the actual position was completely different than the job description, as the HR system made them choose between predefined roles.
To further complicate matters, the pay range presented during the interview was $20,000 less than what the recruiter had initially communicated to me. Despite these discrepancies, I didn't receive any communication for three months following the interview.
Nothing remarkable: what is my experience in the role, general style in interactions with the stakeholders, size of projects I managed, qualifications, and a few behavioural questions e.g dealing with difficult team members.

Interview
I applied online. I have been invited to register video interview questions. Essentially, they asked 5 questions; and asked me to respond them with answers that are not longer than 3 minutes. I managed to pass to the next stage. In the next stage, I've been invited to an on site interview with hiring manager and HR representative. I unfortunately couldn't pass this stage; however, if I could the last stage was going to be an interview with their director. Even though my outcome is negative, I'm happy with the process and treatment to the candidates. I'll keep my eyes open for future opportunities.
