The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP in Jun 2021
Interview
The initial experience with the recruiter was great. She was amazing to work with, and immediately passed me along to the next phase. The second interview was an absolute nightmare. I had been prepped to really prepare. The recruiter sent over 13 attachments to review for the interview. I spent hours making sure I was fully prepared, and went in with great questions and a full arsenal of information. And then... The interview happened. I arrived in the meeting room 10 minutes early. Inadvertently, I accidentally caught the tail end of the previous interview. Yikes. Then when that got figured out, the person leading the interview said absolutely nothing, even though she could see me. So, I awkwardly started the interview she should have been leading. Then a few minutes later, the second person showed up and could have not seemed more disinterested. The person I would have ended up reporting to *attempted* to ask me classic interview questions and was so scatterbrained (which she kept admitting) that I had to clarify multiple times what she was asking. Then, halfway through the interview, the seemingly disinterested person launched into this 5 minute story about how tired she was because her child had crawled into her bed the night before and vomited all over her and her bed... I have never felt more uncomfortable in an interview situation before. It was utterly bizarre, and extremely unprofessional. Good luck. It was clear to me by the end, that this was definitely not the right fit for me.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in May 2020
Interview
The first couple of interviews were getting to know local leadership as well as learning more about the company, role and expectations. I was asked to put together a sales presentation for the last interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
Great - Straight to the point, very organized.
Had 1-1 with Recruiter to see if I qualified. From there met with Director over Zoom. 2nd meeting was with Directors Superior, half hour Zoom Call. This call was more technical than the first.
Last was a presentation to both the Director of Sales and Global VP. They give you a scenario and background and you approach it like it would be a discovery call. Ask 2nd, 3rd layer questions to find pain points. DO NOT worry about software knowledge. It is about your presentation skills.
