ADP Developer interview questions

Applied through stack overflow. Interview process is simple. First round is a technical phone interview. I was asked to choose either a video or a phone . second round is an in person interview. HR was very helpful. Interviewer was also helpful and the whole interview process was like more of a conversation.

I was referred by a friend. Then I was called for round 1 at Hyderabad Somajiguda Campus. It was mostly technical and I fared well. Then I was called for round 2. I did even better, but after few days, the HR person called me and mentioned that my profile did not meet the client requirement.
