Interview
I interview with a mobile Architect and a project manager of ADP's Calgary office. It was the worst interview experience of my career. There was a skill mismatch between my experience and what they were looking for. As the interview went on and this became apparent the Architect became more an more angry and aggressive. I have never seen anyone act so horribly unprofessional in an interview setting.
They were also looking for someone with a specific skill set rather than interviewing for good developers. A good developer experienced can use any language after a short ramp up phase.

Pattern was like,
15 = English.

15 = Reasoning.
15 = Software Engg and Data structures.
And 1 Essay about 100 words.
And time was given about 60 minutes.
So we were like 130 members out of them 35 qualified for next round i.e Technical round.
It was completely mixed with HR questions. C program logics, Java concepts and even SQL also and if you wont open your mouth or if you are pretending you're gone. So please be careful these interviewers are so arrogant even they refuse to shakehand with you.
Next is Technical + Hr + Logical.
First he'll ask about yourself.
Then about your projects.

Interview
I got an interview through the recruiter for a position that was a contract of approximately two years or more. One of the managers called to do a phone screen with a few technical questions. I was later asked to do an interview with two of the managers after work hours. They were nice people but some of the interview questions were difficult and one of the managers couldn't get over some time off I had taken from work that was on my resume. I got the impression they value people who put in many hours (even unpaid). I was told an example of a contractor who used to put in 60-some hours but only asked for 40 hours pay, because he know they couldn't pay more that 40. They hired him and this is the kind of person they are looking to hire full-time. Also, this team expects the group to work closely in a small room and spend time outside of work together. I was finally shown around the office.
