The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Waltham, MA) in Jun 2011
Interview
First had a phone interview with their recruiting department and it was more of a screening. The next interview was with 3 mid level managers and then the top manager. Mid level managers were all friendly and asked easy questions. Top manager asked a lot of challenging questions about past job situations and personal experiences.

Question 1
What is the real reason why you are looking to sell payroll services?
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2009
Interview
process was very long, un organized, and was not something i would recommend undertaking. people did not communicate between departments, and the interviewers had no clue where you were in the process. you could tell they run people thru interviews constantly and dont care about you at all. i got the job and accepted, worked for 2 years, and was a top performer. so this is not out of bitterness at all.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Portland, OR) in Nov 2009
Interview
The interview process is pretty typical for this type of position. A recruiter contacts you and asks basic questions. There is a follow up interview a little more in depth that comes with several online assessments. If you get pushed on through here then they will do a fairly extensive background check of your work history, credit, criminal, and driving record background check (same a government official). There are two separate face to face interviews with a SE and a regional sales manager as well as a ride along with an associate. If this all goes according to plan a drug test and an acceptance interview later, welcome to ADP.
