ALDI Assistant Store interview questions

The first interview was conducted in a group setting. We were asked to introduce ourselves, answer some general questions, and participate in a short task to assess teamwork and communication skills. After that, there was a brief individual interaction with the interviewer.

There is a situational judgement test that you'd have to pass during the online application process, which is standard for most store assistant roles. However if you get selected, you'd be invited to an online group discussion over MS Teams, instead of being called into the store for an in-person interview.
