Interview
Had a group interview with people from different age groups, had our introductions, and later discussed our interests and a group scenario, and how we handled it individually and as a group.
The first interview was conducted in a group setting. We were asked to introduce ourselves, answer some general questions, and participate in a short task to assess teamwork and communication skills. After that, there was a brief individual interaction with the interviewer.

Interview
There is a situational judgement test that you'd have to pass during the online application process, which is standard for most store assistant roles. However if you get selected, you'd be invited to an online group discussion over MS Teams, instead of being called into the store for an in-person interview. The overall experience is quite unfriendly for anyone, especially international students, planning to work in retail for the first time,
