Interview
I applied online. The application was quite long (took about 30 minutes to complete) but straight-forward.
I receieved an email about 2 weeks later inviting me to an interview. It was a 1-on-1 interview and the interviewer was lovely and very friendly. Was told I would be emailed soon saying if I was progressing to the next stage or not. A few hours after the interview I got an email saying I was successful and was invited to attend a work trial.
I attended the work trial which was a short shift in store. I was then emailed a few days after the trial to say I was successful and was offered the position.

Interview
I was invited for a group assessment which went pretty well - there was really nothing difficult about it. The manager told us about the company, their values and then we were interviewed one by one which is great for those who really do not enjoy all the group activities. Of course, standing out from the other is the key.

Interview
Completed an online application form which took quite a long time. invited to an interview with the area manager really friendly just spoke about my previous work and what aldi was like to work for. Had to do a timed 5 min test on basic maths and English. Received an email on the same day inviting me to a 2 hour trial shift which was a lot of stacking shelves, think you have to be fit to work here. Manager during trial shift was really nice and helpful. Encouraged us to ask questions and just do our best. Got a job offer a couple of days later.
