I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Northampton, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
I did an online application and 3 weeks later got asked to an 'individual assessment', which was actually just a very brief face-to-face interview.
I did my research and prepared well but I didn't have a chance to sell myself as all they asked about was my availability. I think this is because I was applying for the job close to Christmas so they needed to know I could work the xmas period

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Thirsk, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Filled out a lengthy online application form which included multiple-choice questionnaires to test your character and basic numeracy skills. Got invited to video interview which took approximately 5-10 minutes. Video is recorded and questions are shown on the screen, you have a limited time to answer and only get one shot. Was then invited to a face-to-face meeting at my local Aldi store. This took approximately 1 hour, speaking with the Area Manager for 45 minutes and the Store Manager for 15 minutes. Here, questions were similar to what had already been asked, they just wanted more detail. Got an email the day after stating that I had not been offered the job and that they cannot provide any feedback.
