ALDI Store Associate interview questions

Initial group interview followed by individual second interview. First interview is done with store manager while second was done with district manager. Received call from store manager regarding decision a few days after the second interview.

Interviewing is very different. All accepted applicants show up at the same time for the interview. If the group is large, they split it. One half will have direct interview with manager first. The other group will tour the store & hear more about the specifics of the job. The sit down portion is only 5-10 minutes and where they decide if you move on or not. Very efficient for them; not so much for the applicant.
