ALDI Store Associate interview questions

The store gave a day that anyone that applied could come together for a "group interview." This was essentially a tour of the store and some of the duties involved with the position that was followed by individual interviews. These one-on-ones were very quick, like 5-6 minutes, and were the only thing (besides your resume) that had any impact on if you were hired. It felt rushed but since there were so many people in the group interview (there were about 27 people interviewing that day), it took about 2 hours to get through the whole process and only 1-2 people would be hired.

The manager was polite during the whole process. There were 5 of us and she gave us a full tour of the store, and then would pull us in one by one and conduct the actual interview in her office.
