I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (North Canton, OH) in Nov 2014
Interview
The in store interview was very simple and laid back. The store manager was very charismatic and young. The second interview is with the District Manager which is more serious. I unfortunately had to chase the DM around and get my interview in while he was at a hiring event on campus at a university. I think that gave me a one up because I had to drive further than meeting him at the store location.

Question 1
Are you ok with cutting your hair and shaving your beard?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Marlton, NJ) in Jul 2016
Interview
You meet with the district manager for your initial interview and then you meet with the store manager to follow-up individually. Next, you tour the store and see what your duties would be throughout your daily shifts. This is where you would ask questions about the job title.

Question 1
What are your strengths/weaknesses? Tell me about one time you've failed at something and how you handled it? What makes you stand out? Why should we hire you instead of other applicants?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Leesburg, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
At this point, I've attended the first step in the process which is an open job fair. The fair was only from 6am to 9am (before the store opened at 9am). I arrived dressed nicely (business casual) with my application already completed and a copy of my resume. Two store employees were seated at a long table collecting resumes and asking about availability and "why Aldi's?". I asked how long the hiring process would take and they stated they'd call within three days if they were interested. They called me the next day and that's where I'm at in the process at this point. Hoping for the best!!!!!
