ALDI Store Associate interview questions

Two interviews with the District Manager that included questions about my capability to hand the physically demanding job, work ethic, knowledge of the Aldi company, and my work history. I had to get a drug screening immediately after the 2nd interview and wait for my background check to be cleared before I was offered the position via telephone call from the District Manager.
