ALDI Store Associate interview questions

quick and painless interview. i applied at a local aldi at a hiring event that they were having. I talked to the district manger and he offered me an interview at a later date. I went to the interview i was asked get to know you questions and a few question that assessed my leadership skills and I was offered the job on the spot.

Went to a hiring event on a Wednesday. Dropped application and résumé off and was told that I would receive a call if they were interested. Received a call that same week on a Friday for an interview the following week Monday. Interview was very simple, just a one on one about yourself and your past jobs. Waiting for another call for second interview.
