I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in May 2011
Interview
I applied for the position online. During the online application I had to take a personality test. After passing the personality test I was called by a recruiter for a phone interview. The interview took me by surprise as he immediately began to conduct the entire interview in Spanish. After passing the spanish phone interview I had an interview with the hiring manager at a local store. The following week I had a final interview with the manager of the store I was applying for. 3 days later they called to offer me the job. My job offer was contingent upon me passing a drug test. After passing the pee test I was then flown out to Dallas four different times for training. It was awesome! AT&t gives you a stipend of $45 per day... pays for rental cars and taxis and also puts you in a really nice hotel.
