The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Pleasanton, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
My experiene is based on working for them and deciding to go perm. In general is interview is pretty laid back. First interview was with a group of engineers and the manager that would hire me. Second interview was with the director.
First interview, was a last minute setup. I did not prepare myself well for the technology I will be working in. Sadly, this is how the group gauge my level of epxerience. In the end, I felt i let myself down and did not show what I can offer. Even though I have alot more experiences and well rounded beyond my peers in what I can offer, it was a appointment on my part. I know if I take the job, it will take more time and energy to prove myself. I accepted the position and so far it is true.

Interview
The hiring process was horrible. They took weeks to complete my Background check , had trouble verifying my previous job history in which they asked for W2s!!!! I would've told them to go to hell, but I really needed the position. I left halfway through training after getting another position.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Greenville, SC) in Dec 2011
Interview
I acquired the job from a Monster posting I saw online. After signing up for an account in their career website and filling out a long 20 minute questionnaire I was done with the applying online. After 3 days I got a call from a hiring manager to see if I was interested in the job, and had an interviewed scheduled the next day. I arrived at their corporate office and was interviewed by a hiring manager. The interview was fairly short and it focused on the themes of customer service and previous experience. The following day I got an email that said that I had moved on to the next stage of the hiring process. I had to go meet the manager of the store I was applying to. After meeting her and answering a few questions she told me I had the job.
